This class is two days per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm


FTI YOUTH BOXING

The FTI Youth Boxing program helps youth to build confidence, gain discipline, build positive social relationships, and maintain healthy body weight. Each participant is given group instruction, followed by one on one instruction and support from a professional boxing team.

In addition to the instruction, the FTI Youth Boxing program has a physical fitness component. All of these elements work in harmony in providing a vessel for positive outcomes. It is our goal to empower youth in believing in their abilities and giving them an outlet to do.
