FTI INITIATIVES
Health and Wellness Initiative
Programs are focused on reducing health issues that are most prevalent in underserved communities, like diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity. Our physical fitness programs, both high and low impact, give tenants an opportunity to become in control of their healthy journey. On site nutritionist and mental health therapists allow tenants to address personal concerns without having to leave their locations. When individuals are healthy, they are more productive, happy and positive assets to the community.
Youth Arts and Literacy Initiative
Programs are focused on giving youth experiences that help to develop critical thinking skills and enhance communication skills. Our programs help youth to also develop creative- problem solving skills, while connecting youth to important aspects of diverse cultures, especially in this global world we live in.
Council Empowerment Initiative
Is focused on giving tenants a platform to express their concerns and be an active participant in building positive social relationships + productive community relations and awareness. The Council focuses on providing tenants with education about their rights and responsibilities, while providing connections to resources. When residents have an active voice in the development of their communities, communities reflect the happiness and positivity of it all!

Residents gain information about the various kind of financial products available to them at local credit unions and banks.
